Mit Assistly einen Online Support Center bauen – Beispiel @rssfriends
In der letzten Woche hat der Support-Center Anbieter Assistly ein neues Pricing herausgegeben, mit dem es nun möglich ist für einen Agent das System kostenlos zu testen. Kleine Applikationen, oder Produkte, die gerade am Entstehen sind, lassen sich so recht schnell mit einem professionellen Tracking von Serviceanfragen bestücken. Für RSSFriends habe ich mir erlaubt, das System einmal zu testen.
Die Einrichtung von Assistly dauert ca. 1 Stunde. In der Zeit werden E-Mail Accounts angebunden, die Produkte erfasst, erste Knowledgebase Beiträge geschrieben und die Benachrichtigungen festgelet.
Die Vorkonfiguration ist recht schlicht. Lediglich einige Beispieleinträge müssen vorher gelöscht werden. Hinsichtlich des Look&Feels wollte ich für RSSFriends mit dem Standard leben, jedoch lasst sich recht leicht mittels Templates das eigene Branding integrieren.
Mein Pros:
- Schnell einzurichten
- Reich an Funktionalität, sobald man Anfragen im System hat
- Gute Integration in Twitter und Facebook

- Nur in Englisch verfügbar.
